Both academic units and professional services are responsible for managing their content in a manner appropriate for their online audiences, yet a common experience is shared amongst all units under the University of Leicester brand using the Hub and Spoke approach.

Overall governance is through External Relations via the Web Team to ensure design is adhered to and the search engine optimisation function is in place and the Marketing Team to manage, administer, and amend content and ensure that the brand is protected.
