An exciting opportunity at the University of Leicester to shape the digital future and direction.

We have a number of jobs in the Web Team and Marketing:

Digital AnalystYou will assist in driving the understanding of online customer behaviour and delivering insight that enables the University to create the most effective and efficient strategy to achieve audience and engagement goals.

Senior Digital AnalystYou will be responsible for driving the understanding of online customer behaviour and delivering insight that enables the University to create the most effective and efficient strategy to achieve audience and engagement goals.

Digital Communications Manager - This post will be responsible for coordinating and managing the University’s digital communications activities. This includes the maintenance and development of content for the University website, and supporting the on-going integration of our new CRM system. The post will ensure that our digital content consistently reflects our brand priorities in the online space. Your ability to balance requests from across the University with that of our internal processes and governance, whilst working on a number of projects simultaneously, will be critical.

Web ArchitectThis job is in the Web Team, helping to manage the Content Management Systems (CMS), managing and improving the website and providing support to our web editor community. The job has a particular focus on the information architecture, management and providing advice and best practice on website production in line with the strategic goals of the University.

Web CMS Administrator - This new job is in the Web Team, helping to manage the new Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) as we deploy in new areas of our website. The post involves, for example, managing access/roles/permissions, managing and curating taxonomy and metadata throughout the site and having a high level oversight of all content items. It also involves provide support and training to CMS users.
