Health and Wellbeing Fair - Tuesday 14 January

Being healthier is on many people's goals for this year and we're here to help you with these at our Health and Wellbeing Fair, Tuesday 14 January, between 12.00pm and 4.00pm in the marquee on Centenary Square.

Highlights include:

  • Try celebrity chef Kwoklyn Wan's tasty Chinese food throughout the day.
  • Free talks (see below) to give you easy, practical tips to boost your wellbeing.
  • Free cardio and body balance taster sessions (see below) to get your blood pumping and help you to relax.
  • Sign up to our Make A Difference Weeks - one-off volunteering to help others and to boost your mood.
