At the start of 2019/20 Semester One, we published timetabled activities in to student university calendars for the very first time, enabling undergraduate and postgraduate taught students to see all of your timetabled activities in one place, for the semester ahead.

The full Semester One exam timetable is on the exam timetables web page and you can see your personalised, individual exam timetable in your calendar by 5.00pm on Friday 13 December.

If you are a Medical School students or Distance Learning student, you will continue to receive your exam information as you have previously.

If you are registered for alternative exam arrangements (i.e. additional time, alternative exam venue and/or the use of a computer),  you will also receive an email sent to your university email address. This email will provide further details regarding the exam venue and a clearer breakdown of any additional time you may be entitled to.

Find out more about your exam timetable at www.le.ac.uk/my-exams.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: My timetabled activities aren’t showing at the right time.

A: Make sure that your device is set to the correct time zone. Instructions for checking and amending this can be found in this query resolution guide. It’s also important that you avoid letting others log in to their University Calendar using your device, as this can affect your calendar.

Q: Can I view my timetable by week or month using the MyUoL app?

A: You can! Simply load up your calendar, and then rotate your device so your screen switches to landscape mode. Once there, select week/month in the top right corner of the screen. You can then rotate your device back to portrait mode if you wish. Your calendar will continue showing in the format you selected.

Q: Can I merge my personal calendar with my University Calendar?

A: You can, by adding your personal email and calendar to the Outlook app, to sit alongside your University Calendar. Instructions as to how to do this can be found on this IT Help web page. More information can be found on the Email and Calendar help pages.

Further information, including links to student user guides can be found on the student timetabling web pages.
