Take some time out to relax and look after your mental health at our events on and around campus.

Chill out zone, Students' Union Common Room, 10.00am-4.00pm

WEAVE - Kevin, King of Egypt performance, Attenborough Arts, 2.00pm-5.00pm

Join us for this performance-led approach to talking about mental health. International award-winning stand up poet (and psychiatric nurse) Rob Gee’s
Kevin, King of Egypt is followed by a facilitated discussion. The event also includes artist led workshops specifically aimed at improving mental wellbeing.
