Discover how to look after your mental health from university, student led and community services.

Reports suggest that as many one-in-four students experience mental health problems while at university. This can have significant impact on student life, not just on personal livelihood but academic performance too. As such, the subject of mental health has never been higher. It’s why we’re proud to support positive mental well-being during this year’s University Mental Health Day we hope you can join us!

There will be information stands from societies inside the Student’s Union from 12pm. This includes a live music event to promote the role that music and singing can play for better mental well-being.

Student Support Service, IAPT, Headspace and LAMP will also be in support - they can be found in the foyer of Charles Wilson Building between 12noon-2.00pm.

A Pop-up Yoga session will take place in Ken Edwards 301 at 12.30pm. The session will be led by Sarah Carter. Please reserve your place by emailing Audrey Chan:
