Join us for a special talk organised by Leicester University Law Society.

Each year the student-run Leicester University Law Society (LULS) has an honorary President who visits the University to give a Presidential Address. This year, the speech will be given by Honorary President, Sir Nicholas Green QC.

As a Leicester alumnus and Honorary Professor Sir Nicholas Green has made significant contributions to the life of the University. He regularly participates in activities within the Leicester Law School. In June 2018 he was appointed by HM The Queen as Lord Justice of Appeal.

Over an extensive career – including acting as judge of the High Court of Justice since 2013 – Sir Nicholas has specialised in European, commercial and constitutional law. His Presidential Address will give an insider’s perspective on his work in the Court of Appeal.

The event will take place Tuesday 19 March at 12pm in Fielding Johnson – Peter Williams Lecture Theatre. The event is free of charge and open to all.
