Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week
From Monday 4-Friday 8 February we are holding our second annual Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week.
To mark this, we are hosting a six-site exhibition within the University of Leicester during that week and the weekend before. Each site features different artworks, which explore a variety of issues and themes relating to sexual violence.
The Art Exhibition (2-8 February)
Visit each site independently (building access required) or join one of our guided tours for a walk-through experience. You will be taken through six exhibition sites around campus, each designed to tackle a myth or misconception relating to sexual violence.
Tours are open to everybody, including all staff and students and members of the public. The physical sites will be explained in your exhibition catalogue, which is complemented by online access to information and support resources.
All aspects of the exhibition will be evaluated using different methods including postcards and focus groups.
