Posted by nm365 at Feb 27, 2018 09:30 AM |

Today is day two of RAG – Raising and Giving – Week, where we’re taking part in fun challenges and activities to raise money or give time to support local and national charities. Our three nominated charities are World Awareness for Children In Trauma (WACIT), Leicestershire Action for Mental Health Project (LAMP) and Rethink Mental Illness. Find out more about our nominated charities on our charity page.

Location changes

Some activities have now moved inside, due to the cold weather, so you can support RAG Week and stay warm at the same time. Today, these include Clown School, where you donate to learn to juggle, diablo, hoop, personalised caricature drawing, and Jokes In The Square, which are now in The Scholar. Check our RAG Week page for an updated list of venues and times.

Unfortunately, Give for Giggles tonight has had to be postponed due to unforseen circumstances. This will be rescheduled at a later date: please email studentexperience@leicester.ac.uk if you are interested in attending the rearranged event.
