Mental health awareness week

Nationally, the Mental Health Foundation is running mental health awareness week next week, between Monday 18 to Friday 24 May. This year's theme is kindness.

We've got events, tips and activities to help you to support your mental health.

Wednesday 20 May

Thursday 21 May
