Find out what we’re planning for Mental Health Awareness Week on 17 May.

We’re committed to have an open conversation about mental health on campus and on 17 May we’re offering some fantastic opportunities to learn more about our work and take part in some fun event.

From 12noon to 2pm you can join a Yoga Taster Session on the main Campus Square. Make sure you book your space at this link. There will be a mindfulness walk at 1pm, come and join us (and make sure you wear comfy shoes).

Student Welfare Service and Student Counselling Service will have a stall in the Square to give more information and promote mental wellbeing.
