Help us shape the University identity

We are looking for students to get involved in our identity sessions, helping to shape our University's story and narrative for the wider world.

During the past few months we have been reviewing our identity to clarify what we stand for and how we want to be perceived. We are now nearing the final stages of the identity work and are running a number of feedback sessions over the next few weeks to seek people’s views on the proposed identity for the university.

As part of these sessions, we will also share the activity undertaken to date and how colleagues and students have helped shaped the proposed new identity.

I encourage you to attend a session and feedback your views, you can book onto the following sessions:

  • 25 November 3-4pm Council room 2 (including refreshments) BOOK NOW
  • 26 November 1-2pm Council room 2 (including lunch) BOOK NOW
  • 26 November 4-5pm Council room 2 (including refreshments) BOOK NOW

It is important to emphasise that an identity is not just about a ‘look and feel’ or a logo. It is about telling our story – bringing narrative, language and our values together in a clear, simple and engaging way.
