Develop your digital study and academic practices at the Digital Reading Room
The Leicester Learning Institute are organising a get-together for staff and students, designed to teach you everything you need to know about the digital tools available for academic study and research.
The following areas will be discussed:
- Working with articles using Refworks and Mendeley
- Using Google searches for information and creative common images.
- Learning and Revision using Lecture Capture, Note-making tools and apps.
- Useful apps for study.
There will be hands-on activities to take part in. The discussion will be used as the basis for a future exhibit on the Interactive Wall and Table in the Digital Reading Room.
The event takes place in the Digital Reading Room (entrance of David Wilson Library) between 12-1pm on Tuesday 26 Feb. No registration necessary, just drop by.
