Destress through mindfulness – 1 and 2 December

We’re hosting two free mindfulness events in December, in the George Davies Centre (formerly Centre for Medicine), to help you relax and alleviate exam and assessment stress. On 1 December, between 12noon and 1pm, mindfulness expert Claire Evans will provide tips on how to deal with day-to-day stress.

On 2 December, we’re hosting a day long I Feel Better When Wellbeing Matters event, where you can enjoy live music, get freebies, and find out more about mental health, between 10.00am and 5.30pm. There are several mindfulness sessions: one large group session and several smaller sessions with a focus on mindful living.
