How have you been making a difference?

We’d love to hear about how you’ve been involved in your community

Despite its challenges, we know many of you have been volunteering over the last year and supporting a variety of causes in your local community.

We want to celebrate this and would love to know more about anything you have done to help during the pandemic. It could be small acts of kindness towards other people or larger ones like volunteering in your community. However big or small, we want to hear about it. To help with this, we’ve created a short survey, which shouldn’t take more than 3 minutes to complete for you to tell us about the ways you’ve been helping others.

‘Whether you have collected groceries for your neighbour or have made a difference in the community with the gift of time, your kindness has made a huge impact. Thank you. If you are considering to volunteer, my advice would be to give it a go.’

We want to celebrate your contribution and will be in touch with all participants about a certificate to recognise this work. We’re also keen to share your stories with other students at Leicester.

The survey is currently live and will be available to complete until Friday 21 May 2021.
