  • A concern you would prefer not to discuss with your doctor?
  • Unsure where to go?

Free drop-in clinics on campus

The ‘Choices’ sexual health clinic is on campus every Tuesday between 11.00am and 2.00pm and every Thursday between 11.00am and 1.00pm during term time. The clinics are in the old first aid room in the Students’ Union building and an appointment is not required. A Sexual Health Specialist Nurse will be available and can provide a full range of contraception, sexual health screening and advice about any sexual health matter.

The service is confidential and information will not be passed to your GP.

Confidentiality

Staff in the drop in clinic work for outside organisation and all information will remain confidential unless it is considered there is a risk to you or any third party. Any sharing of information will be discussed with you first.

The Choices clinic provides a service for any individual under the age of 25. If you are 25 or over you can access the same specialist help at other centres.
