Six £200 prizes to be awarded in the Teaching Partnership Awards

The University’s Teaching Partnership Awards celebrate excellent contributions by students who teach and support learning and who make a real impact by contributing directly to the enhancement of the student learning experience.

Last year’s winners impressed the award panel with the exceptional commitment they demonstrated to enhancing the student experience and their active involvement in a wide variety of activities to support their fellow students. If, like them, you have made a real difference to student learning or contributed to improvements in teaching policy and practice, you too could be a winner!

Six awards are available, each bearing a cash prize of £200.  The University holds the achievement these awards recognise in high regard. To acknowledge this fact, winners are presented with their awards at a degree congregation.

More information about the awards, including the award criteria and the 2012 application process, is available from www.le.ac.uk/tpa

The closing date for applications is Wednesday 16 May 2012.
