Research to explore the support staff and PhD students need to develop their statistical literacy.

Do you teach on a module which involves a statistical component?

Does your research sometimes require you to employ statistical techniques?

Do you find yourself needing to seek support with using statistics in your teaching or research?

If so, we cordially invite you to a one hour research workshop where we will be exploring the support staff and PhD students need and resources they use to develop their statistical literacy.

The research is part of a Teaching Enhancement Fund project to examine existing statistical support provision for staff and students.

If you can spare an hour of your time to help us to enhance the support available across the institution please contact Professor Jeremy Leversley and Dr Matthew Higgins.

The workshop will be held in late August and biscuits/cake will be provided.
