VIP Visitor Parking - Advanced Warning

From Monday 21st March there will be no facility to provide reserved parking for VIP visitors behind the Security Lodge.  This is due to the construction works that will move to the existing VIP car park. Visitors to the University should be advised to make alternative travel arrangements or be prepared to park off campus. We hope to re-provide some VIP visitor parking in the early summer once the construction works are complete.

Welford Road Car Park

New Pay & Display machines will be installed in mid March at the Welford Road Car Park, this installation is part of the implementation of the University's Travel Plan and new parking permit scheme due to commence 1 October 2011.

Permit holders will still be able to park for free on this car park. From now until 1 October, Pay & Display will only apply to members of public who wish to park during the evenings and weekends only.

For further information about parking please visit our parking web pages.
