Join the discussion about the future of our health service this Monday.

We are an aging population, living longer but not always enjoying the best quality of life. We have an over-burdened health service that is bursting at the seams! Are we taking social responsibility to the next level?  Should we care?

Join the discussion at TEDx Leicester’s upcoming Salon on 4 April 2016, where speakers Dr Sanjiv Nichani, Dr Sally Ruane and Dr Teck Khong will explore whether we are TOO caring as a society, whether the NHS is on the wrong path and what kind of transformation (or revolution) is taking place in the health sector. You can book your place at the talk here.

TED is a nonprofit devoted to ‘Ideas Worth Spreading’. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Following the success of Leicester’s inaugural TEDx event in 2015, the team behind the event has put together a schedule of themed Salons. Join these events to share good ideas on big issues and connect with other passionate people around the City and County.
