In March 2016 we held the first University of Leicester staff survey and since then, departments across the institution have been making changes based on the feedback they received.

Action planning following the staff survey is a continuous process. Activity is taking place at university, college and department level to ensure that your feedback is listened to and the actions are made into a reality.
