Find out more about MyUoL, the new student app, and how it affects you.

We have launched a new app – MyUoL – to help students access information more easily, through Apple/Android phone or desktop computer.

Facilities on the MyUoL mobile version include a personalised timetable (from w/c 26 September), ability to give feedback, library search and One Drive. Logging in on a desktop also includes access to courses and MyCareers. Content was designed after consultation with students as to what they would find useful.

The app should be used alongside My Student Portal as changes to students’ timetables may not immediately appear. MyUoL is not designed to give detailed information about students’ courses or to communicate urgent messages – this should still be done through departments.

Students who download the app will be given a free portable mobile phone charger, to be collected at the app launch on Thursday 29 September in the marquee at the centre of campus. The chargers cannot be posted to students.

Currently, there is not a staff version of the app.

Students can download the app in the Apple app store or Google Play, using the search term MyUoL. The app can be accessed on a desktop through myuol.le.ac.uk

For more information, visit our staff webpages on the app. You can also attend a Staff Briefing session on Monday 12 September for further details - book your place here.
