New face to face counselling and information service for staff

This new service for staff follows a trial period over the past year.

Since summer last year we have been trialling a new supplier - CiC Confidential Care - for our employee assistance and telephone counselling services.

We have now agreed to use them as our sole provider, including face to face counselling.

This independent and confidential phoneline meant you can get round the clock information support and advice on anything from legal matters, financial management and debt, to counselling and emotional support. The telephone counselling service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

After a successful trial, we have extended their contract to cover all face-to-face counselling so that we have a consistent supplier for all our independent counselling services.
