Chief Operating Officer Dave Hall said: “We are delighted that Brita has accepted this crucial position that will help to shape the future of our University. Brita will take on an exciting remit which will transform our estate and we welcome her expertise and experience as we seek to further enhance our brand and reputation.”

“I would also like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Ian Barker, Interim Director of Estates, for his fantastic contribution, developing the capital programme and expertly managing the Division in the short term. I wish Ian all the best for the future.”

Brita will be joining the University in May 2017.
