National No Smoking Day – Wednesday 14 March

Do you want to quit smoking but don’t know where to start?

Come along to our stand on Wednesday 14 March from 10am-1pm in the Students’ Union to find resources and more information to support you to quit smoking.

Stopping smoking can enable you to focus on more positive activities in your life. Your improved lung capacity will help you to become more physically active, which in turn can have a beneficial impact on your mental health and wellbeing. You'll feel the benefits of stopping smoking from the very first day.

There will also be an opportunity to use the ‘Calculate your savings’ calculator as quitting smoking really does lead to a richer life in more ways than one.
