Headspace: Students can take time out for good mental health

The University and Students’ Union are running a new mental health drop in on Mondays and Wednesdays to support students.

The Headspace Mental Health clinic is run by the Richmond Fellowship who provide a confidential space for students to get support with any mental health issues they may be experiencing.

The clinic runs every Monday and Wednesday between 11am and 3pm during term time in the Percy Gee building Level 1. There’s no need to book, all students need to do is turn up for a free support session with friendly advisers who are focused on helping people find solutions to problems and the relief of stress and anxiety.

The advisers can also point them towards other University support services if necessary so that we can continue to support them.

Please let your students know that they can take time to visit the clinic to meet the staff, have a chat and learn more about the services available.
