Come along to this talk and discussion on the topic of sustainable development in university education.

Food for Thought gives staff the opportunity to find out more about different areas within the University. Previous discussions have focused on league tables and approaches to risk. This session sees members of the Education for Sustainable Development Forum talking about the approach to sustainability in University teaching.

By examining the recently published NUS survey data on this topic, the session will explore student attitudes to ESD and discuss how the University can build upon its current sustainability framework. The direction of our top competitors will give the University a good awareness of our own progress and allow us to evaluate the challenging clichés and perceptions of environmental issues.

The session is being held on Friday 23 September from 12.30-1.30pm in Ken Edwards Lecture Theatre 3. Visit the event page to book your place.
