A new series of training sessions in partnership with key external partners aim to help you understand the challenges faced by LGBT+ and disabled people.

In partnership with the Leicester LGBT Centre and the Leicestershire Centre for Integrated Living, the University has arranged for each Centre to facilitate a two hour training session.

These free sessions aim to raise awareness of the challenges faced by LGBT+ and disabled people and highlight what steps can be made to help ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe at work. They are available to all University members of staff.
