‘In Conversation with Patricia Cornwell’: ticket information for staff

Enter the ballot for one of fifty pairs of tickets available exclusively to staff by Sunday 9 October

Bestselling American crime author Patricia Cornwell will be giving a free public lecture as part of the University of Leicester’s Chancellor’s Distinguished Lecture Series and Literary Leicester festival 2016 from 7pm on Monday 24 October at De Montfort Hall.

The lecture will provide a thrilling insight into how Patricia writes her novels, her in-depth research and will give people the chance to hear her own fascinating story. There will also be an opportunity for members of the audience to ask Patricia questions.

We have set aside 50 pairs of tickets for staff and 50 pairs of tickets for students which will be allocated by a ballot system.  Entering in to the ballot does not preclude you from booking tickets through De Montfort Hall box office. The ballot is open from Friday 9 September to Sunday 9 October. Once the ballot is closed, winners will be selected at random and notified within 24 hours.

Ballots close at midnight on Sunday 9 October 2016.

Public tickets for the lecture can be booked in person or by phone from 12noon on Friday 9 September 2016 via the De Montfort Hall ticket office on 0116 233 3111.
