Mobile devices have become fashionable learning tools in many areas of academic life. The question which needs to be asked is whether traditional learning support services are the most appropriate for addressing the needs of mobile learners? In this workshop we will look at practical approaches for supporting the learning needs of different types of mobile learners namely the innovator, the technostressed, the traditionalist and white flagger.
