Congratulations for your decision to nominate yourself as the voice of your course! Below are some brief notes about the process, who you should contact and a link to the nomination form. Please ensure you have read the information on this page before proceeding to the nomination form.

Criteria:

  1. You may nominate yourself only once
  2. You are not permitted to nominate on behalf of another student
  3. Your nomination must be for your course/cluster and within your year-group
  4. If you are a joint degree student, you may only nominate yourself for the course associated with your home department. (If you are unsure which is your home department, please contact coursereps@le.ac.uk)

If your nomination does not meet these criteria your entry may not be valid.

The form

After completing basic details about yourself and your course, you will have the opportunity to provide:

  • a statement of no more than 300 words
  • upload a picture of yourself

If you haven't already, please visit our  course rep pages for more information.

Your statement

The statement is your gateway to success and will promote your eligibility for being the voice of your fellow course mates and year group. You will need to make sure that the statement is concise and informative but also interesting - think about what qualities you would like to see in your rep, and how you would like them to represent you and your views.

We regret that without this statement we cannot accept your nomination.

Images

These must be a true representation of yourself only and your face should be clearly visible.
