Guided IT Learning Sessions

In addition to IT training courses, IT Services offer help with specific queries at Guided IT Learning Sessions. An experienced IT trainer will be available to help and assist you with your individual training needs:

  • Student handbook - create a new handbook
  • Student handbook - solve problems with existing formatting
  • Calendar - sharing, meeting invitations and delegate access
  • Excel - specific help with your spreadsheet
  • Excel - specific help with formulae and functions
  • PowerPoint - specific help with your presentation
  • Word - specific help with your document (following course attendance or online learning)
  • Mail merge to a Word document or Email
  • OneNote within Teams (following course attendance)
We are not able to provide training in basic IT skills or beginners training in Office programs.

You can book 1–1.5 hours with one of our experienced IT Trainers, who won’t do the work for you but will guide you and facilitate your learning.

Request a 1 hour appointment (individual) or 1.5 hours (groups):

Registration closes 48 hours prior to the event.
