Health and Wellbeing (Maximising Attendance)


Course Description


Purpose of the workshop is to provide you with practical advice, share good practice and an opportunity to develop and practice skills in managing sickness absences, having challenging conversations with staff and discuss and explore with fellow delegates different approaches to resolve work situations where there are health issues.

Who is it for?

Line managers who have responsibility for managing the health and wellbeing of staff at work.
