The past two months have shown a string of successes for the Sport and Active Life team, sitting within the Student and Academic Services (SAS), with two members of the team being awarded consecutive ‘Colleague of the Month’ awards for April and May 2018. British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS), the National Governing Body for higher education sport, today, Thursday 24th January 2019, confirmed the Great Britain team of 58 student athletes and support staff will be heading to compete in the 29th World University Winter Games in Krasnoyarsk, Russia in March 2019.
