The E-Mentor Scheme aims to provide valuable work experience, training and transferable skills to University of Leicester students.  As such we have a structured recruitment programme that gives students the opportunity to experience applying for a job in the same way that they might do outside of the University. With the support of the Careers Development Service we offer feedback at each stage of the process and encourage students who are unsuccessful to build on their experience and improve their employability skills
