Strategic Planning and Performance

Strategic Planning and Performance provide a central point of leadership, support and co-ordination for cross-institutional strategic activities, including Task and Finish group work.

The projects supported by us will generally be concerned with institutional change of some description (including the development of our new strategic plan), or will be the starting point for development of new strategic activity (such as development of business intelligence services).

The documents and outcomes of the institutionally established Task and Finish groups are available on this site.

A Handbook for Heads of Department (log-in required) is now available. Heads of Department play a critical role in the future direction of their discipline, department, college and university. They do this by contributing to institutional development and ideas, and by creating an environment in which people can flourish and innovate. The handbook has been developed through consultation with Heads of Department, with input from Heads of College, Directors of Operations, corporate process leads and departmental operations managers.

All projects will seek to engage and collaboratively work with relevant stakeholders from across our University.
