The Student Lifecycle Change Programme is a major strategic initiative to improve the services underpinning the quality of the student experience, the operational efficiency of the academic administration across the full students’ lifecycle experience, and the overall operational capability that contributes to the University’s profile and success.


Programme Vision

Our vision for this programme of change is about working collaboratively with teams from across the University to enable a services that feels seamless for students. The vision itself reflects a significant amount of staff and student engagement and consultation during the developmental stages of the programme. The staff and students involved were key to helping us establish a 'blueprint for change'.

The programme has two key objectives:

  1. To make significant improvements to systems and process
  2. To contribute to improving the student experience
