Student Lifecycle Change Programme
The Student Lifecycle Change Programme is a major strategic initiative, which aims to improve the services underpinning the quality of the student experience, the operational efficiency of the academic administration across the full student lifecycle and the overall operational capability, which contributes to the University’s profile and success.
The Programme works collaboratively with teams from across the University, to develop a student experience that is efficient and seamless.
Programme Objectives
The programme has two key objectives:
- To make significant improvements to systems and process
- To contribute to improving the student experience
How the programme works
The programme improves the student experience by delivering change projects and University-wide business change initiatives. It has already delivered several successful projects, enhancing the student experience, and is currently managing several projects that will be implemented within the next few years.
