Searching for Collaborators

The University's Integrated Research Information System (IRIS) allows you to search for potential collaborators at Leicester using the 'Explore' function.

Here is a short guide on how to do this:

  • Log in to IRIS.
  • Click on the 'explore' tab at the top of the page.
  • Click 'Search the database'
  • Enter your search criteria, and decide if you want to search users' publications or professional activities.
  • Selecting 'Return: User' means that the search will return any users in the system who have publications and/or professional activities which match your search terms.
  • The results from this search will be a list of potential collaborators for your project.
