Enterprise and Knowledge Exchange

Bio Scientist 1Enterprise translates your research into the business innovations that shape our world. Your innovations can be applied to real life problems, tackling global challenges and transforming lives.

The businesses we work with are varied, from charities, to SMEs, to large multinationals. You can be involved in enterprise from any discipline, so get in touch with your college’s enterprise team to find out about the types of project you could take on.

An enterprise project could take on many forms; you may be commissioned to conduct research on a specific topic, provide consultancy on your area of expertise, deliver training to companies working in your field, or you may be in a position to license your work and perhaps even form a spin-out company.
