A three hour bookable workshop session that  gives an overview of challenging conversations, shows the benefits of handling challenging discussions and gives you tools and techniques to use when having challenging conversations.

This course will require some pre-work.

Who is it for?

Optional for all managers/appraisers but highly recommended prior to undertaking the first Performance Development Discussion (PDD).
