The Staff Development Partnership is recognised by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to deliver development programmes for Team Leading and First-Line Managment and Supervision,to support colleagues at various levels. If you are responsible for staff and have identified a need to further develop your skills, link to ILM Programmes

Specialist Training

If you require specialist bespoke training that cannot be provided by the University directly, it may be possible to apply to the Staff Development Centre for funding for staff training and development - visit link to Funding for more information.
