Information Course Description

Course Overview


This business training game is an experiential learning simulation based around processing customer orders for equipment. Participants are asked to take on various roles. The game includes sales, logistics, operations, warehouse and supervision. The objective of the game is to highlight typical inefficiencies that are found in modern office work environments and demonstrate how simple changes can be implemented to improve effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Who is it for?

This event is suitable for all Staff at the University of Leicester.

What prior experience do I need?

Participants do not need any prior knowledge or experience.
