Who is this workshop for?

Come to this workshop if you would like to find out more about the language used in academic writing.

What will it cover?

We will cover the characteristics of academic language, and how best to achieve that 'academic style' in your own writing.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

You might want to bring along any relevant materials, such as any plans or notes that you've made, or dissertation guidance that you've received from your department.
