Voicemails are digital recordings of outgoing and incoming voice messages that are managed by IT Services. You can check your voicemail from any phone. Once you are logged on, you can listen to your messages or change your settings.

You will need to contact the IT Service Desk on 0116 252 2253 or email ithelp@le.ac.uk to request a voicemail box, you will then receive an email with your voicemail PIN number and you will be asked to change this.

These instructions are for standard digital desk phones. For analogue phones, look at the analogue phones pages.
