Transfer a call

  1. Select the Consult option on the screen. If this option is not on the screen, press  to show the menu and select it
  2. Enter the number to transfer the call to and press OK
  3. When someone answers, let them know you are transferring a call to them and then replace the handset

If there is no answer

  1. Select Disconnect & return using the arrow keys

If the second person answers but is not available to talk

  1. Select reconnect using the arrow keys
  2. Press OK. You will now be talking to the original caller again

Transfer a caller to voicemail

  1. Select Consult using the arrow keys
  2. Enter extension 1701
  3. Tell the caller that they will be asked to enter the extension number of the person the message is for
