Clone your phone

Phone cloning is the transfer of identity from one digital desk phone to another.

If you have two permanent offices, you can request to have a phone in each office which has the same extension and will ring at the same time. If an individual forwards from one phone (e.g. to their mobile) the other phone with also be forwarded to automatically.

If a member of staff has an issue with their University phone, they can be supplied with a temporary clone of their phone whilst the original is repaired or replaced.
