Re-login to Business Objects

Issue

When you logout of Business Objects the login screen remains open.  If you try to re-login to Business Objects from this screen after approximately 20 minutes, you will get an error message. 

Error

This page has expired.  Enter your credentials and try again (FWC00006)

Workaround

  • Refresh the web page by pressing F5  on the keyboard
  • Login using your University IT account details
