Archive Outlook emails

When using a University staff laptop you must not connect to or create an Outlook Data File .pst email archive on your Personal Z: drive. If you use email archives stored on the Z: drive you are likely to cause severe performance issues which can render your laptop unusable if you have Outlook running.

If you are running out of space in your mailbox contact the IT Service Desk and request an Outlook Online Archive.
