Share Outlook items

You can give rights to a colleague within the university to access any or all of the following items

  • Calendar
  • Tasks
  • Inbox
  • Contacts

Rights can be given at the following levels

  • Reviewer (read)
  • Author (read and create)
  • Editor (read, create and modify)

There are other ways to share information in Outlook:

  • Allow others to access your emails (Manager to PA, Manger to Assistant, Holiday cover)
  • Share a folder
  • Open another person's folder
  • Use public folders
  • Add an additional mailbox
